2. Do you test for contaminants?
Yes, every batch is rigorously tested for microbiology, heavy metals, mycotoxins, pesticides, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Additional testing for finished products can be arranged at your expense.

Yes, we can assist you throughout the label design process to ensure it aligns with your brand and complies with regulatory standards.
5. How are your products shipped?
We ship products using trusted partners, primarily UPS, to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country.
6. What are your lead times?
- Powders: Typically delivered within 21 days.
- Capsules: Delivery can take up to 35 days.
- Maximum Lead Time: No product takes longer than 42 days to ship from the time the order is finalized.
7. Do you work with brands outside of the EU?
Yes, we collaborate with brands globally, offering our products to businesses worldwide.
8. Where are your mushrooms produced?
Most of our mushrooms are sourced from Asia, the global leader in mushroom cultivation with centuries of expertise. We work with experienced farms and rigorously test all products upon entering the EU to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
9. Do you create custom mushroom blends?
Yes, we specialize in creating custom blends and can incorporate additional extracts, minerals, or ingredients based on your requirements.
10. What extraction methods do you use?
We extract our mushrooms using water, and some varieties undergo dual extraction with alcohol for enhanced benefits. We do not use UAE (ultrasound-assisted extraction) methods due to insufficient scientific evidence supporting its efficacy.
11. Do you supply Turkey Tail or other mushrooms?
We do not supply Turkey Tail due to novel food regulations. However, we can source other mushroom extracts upon request.
12. Do you offer samples?
Yes, we provide samples for all our mushroom products. Samples are charged at wholesale cost plus shipping. These costs are discounted from your first order.
13. What testing laboratories do you use?
We use EUROFINS Food Testing Laboratories in Ireland, which are accredited and compliant with EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
14. What quality assurance measures do you follow?
All our mushrooms are organic and undergo rigorous testing. Every product is verified by an independent, third-party lab to ensure premium quality and safety.
